Terms and Conditions

I - RESERVATION GUARANTEE

Providing a bank card number commits you to us and implies your acceptance of the general conditions of sale. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, information concerning you will remain accessible and modifiable.

II - ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Accommodations are available from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. In the event of arrival outside of opening hours, no check-in will be possible and your reservation will be automatically canceled. Accommodations must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

III - CANCELLATION

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before your arrival. After this period, you will be billed for the entire stay. In the event of a no-show, the entire stay will also be charged.

VI - EXTRAS

All extras (consumption, services, etc.) must be paid on site before departure. If these services are not paid, these sums will be debited directly, involving service charges.

V - COMPLAINTS

Any dispute or complaint must be sent to the establishment by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within a maximum of 8 days after your departure. After this period, no complaints can be satisfied. In the absence of a satisfactory response within 1 month, you can contact the tourism and travel mediator whose contact details and referral procedures are available on their website: www.mtv.travel/
